Non-Refundable Services
Due to the personalized nature of our offerings, the following services are non-refundable once delivered or booked:
- Live or recorded consultations
- Horoscope or birth chart analysis
- Kundli matching & remedies
- Emailed or chat-based predictions
- Customized reports
Refunds Are Only Applicable In These Cases
We may offer a refund only in the following scenarios:
- Duplicate payment due to technical error
- Service not delivered within 7 business days with no response from our side despite reminders
All other cases are not eligible for refund.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
- Consultations can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
- If cancellation is requested less than 24 hours before the session, no refund or rescheduling will be possible.
- If we are unavailable for your booked session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or reschedule.

Refund Method
Refunds, if approved, will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment processor.
